About Ian Magill

Ian has been involved with people development for the past 28 years in the context of recruitment, corporate training, counselling and coaching. He holds degrees in Industrial Psychology, Sociology and Human Resource Management. He has a M.A. degree (Coaching – Professional Development), M.A. Positive Psychology (Cum Laude) and is currently a prospective PhD. candidate in Health Sciences and Positive Psychology. He has various other post-graduate studies in Mindfulness-based interventions, Transpersonal Psychology and Psychometric / Sociometric assessments as well as being an accredited Integrative Enneagram practitioner.

About Liezl Byliefeldt

Liezl is a professionally qualified executive and business coach with a focus on leadership development, resilience, workplace harmony, organisational health and subjective well-being. Her Masters’ and PhD degrees in Positive Psychology underpin a niche focus on developing resilient and flourishing leaders, mobilising teams and individuals towards excellence, optimal functioning and enhancing workplace harmony. She has more than 20 years’ experience in various corporate, legal and NPO managerial roles, and combined with an LLB degree, this adds to her depth and understanding of business. As an experienced independent training facilitator she is adept in group workshops and facilitating training for small and large groups. She has facilitated training for several large corporates as well as educational institutions on the art of communication, emotional intelligence skills, life skills and workplace harmony with a view to achieve organisational health.

About Prof Werner Nell

Werner is an academic and consultant in the Social Sciences arena with a special interest and thought leadership in the application of Mindfulness and Positive Psychology constructs via coaching methods in personal and professional contexts. His qualifications include a PhD, M.A. (Positive Psychology) and international coaching accreditation. He has conducted numerous studies on Psycho-social well-being in various parts of South Africa; in organisations, rural communities and amongst diverse groups.

About Shalet Mudzinge

Shalet Mudzinge is our Office Administrator and Researcher, her experience has been involved with working in training and development focused on the development of disadvantaged and diverse groups – people living with disabilities and people living in impoverished environments. She is passionate about training and development and assisting people to reach their full potential.
